Used Car Sales Advisor - Gravesend Ford

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious and energetic Sales Advisor to join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants to sell cars, smash targets and earn great money along the way.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

No two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Meeting customers and finding out what they’re really looking for

  • Handling enquiries from phone, email and online platforms

  • Building relationships and turning enquiries into sales

  • Showing customers around our cars and arranging test drives

  • Talking customers through finance, warranties and other products

  • Negotiating deals and closing sales

  • Valuing part exchanges

  • Following up leads and keeping customers engaged

  • Working towards — and exceeding — monthly targets

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of car sales experience, though some experience in selling used cars would be an advantage!

We’re looking for someone with the right approach.


You’ll be:

  • Confident and naturally good with people

  • Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to customers

  • A great communicator and negotiator

  • Positive, enthusiastic and full of energy

  • Organised and able to keep on top of your customers

  • A genuine car enthusiast is a big bonus!

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
