Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join and work with our Lepas dealership in Romford.

As we launch and grow this ambitious new brand, we're looking for talented, driven individuals who want to be part of an exciting challenge from the very beginning. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis 5 day working week Monday - Sunday, with a basic salary of up to £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

· Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals

· Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills

· Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance

· A drive to meet and exceed targets

· Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team

· Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards

· Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge

· Carrying out part exchange appraisals

· Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
